• Raw sensor readings — heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep stages, movement — the building blocks behind app features like Metabolic Momentum and biological age.
• Technical footprint data — your device model, the app version installed, and broad usage patterns that help troubleshoot and improve performance.

2. What We Actually Do With It

• Turn raw biomarker data into the readable trends the app shows you.
• Get your order shipped and take care of returns or warranty claims when needed.
• Answer support questions as they come in.
• Fine-tune sensor calibration and our algorithms, typically using anonymized or grouped data rather than anything tied to you specifically.
• Send order updates, plus occasional product news — but only to people who've actively opted into that.

3. You Own What The Band Records

Nothing collected by the Human Band becomes ours — it's yours from the moment it's captured. Grab your full history through the Hume Health app whenever you want it, and if a clean break is what you're after, ask support to delete your account; that typically takes care of everything within 30 days, aside from a few records (like order history) we're required to hold for legal reasons.

4. Circumstances Where Data Leaves Our Hands

We don't sell health information — not now, not ever. It only moves outward in a few specific cases:
